Cancellations accepted up to 48 hours before the scheduled service. Same day cancellations/no shows will be charged 100% of the scheduled balance payment.

• Fees: Late cancellations or no-shows may incur fees, typically 50% of the service cost.
• Late Arrival: Sessions may be shortened to protect the schedule of others.

• Non-Medical: Services are for relaxation and rejuvenation, we do not diagnose or to treat medical conditions.
• Age: Clients are adults or 7+ accompanied by a guardian.

• Health & Safety Disclosure: Clients are required to disclose medical conditions, allergies, or scalp sensitivities before treatment. The services are non-medical and not intended to diagnose or treat medical conditions. They are however effective in maintaining scalp health and compliment any medical protocols.

"Release of Liability"- clients assume the inherent risks of scalp massage and topical product use, and agree not to hold the spa responsible for unforeseen reactions or injuries.
